Embark on a mission to sample all of Salida's breweries! Each one has a little something to special and each has wonderful and creative brews. All breweries have dog-friendly outdoor seating.
Soulcraft Brewing - Soulcraft has a lineup of solid go-to beers as well as interesting limited edition brews. The food truck at Soulcraft is excellent, sometimes we go just for their Gyro platter! With plenty of seating indoors and outdoors the brewery is one of the best in town for a larger group.
Elevation Brewing - As someone who doesn't enjoy IPAs (hard to believe they let me live in Colorado, eh?) I really appreciate the variety of brews offered at Elevation. They have a number of non-IPA options, but of course still offer interesting IPAs. They are a smaller brewery without much seating in the winter, but plenty of outdoor, shaded tables, in summer months.
Tres Litros - Located in downtown Salida, this is a perfect place to stop while shopping and exploring the downtown area or after doing the Salida RiverWalk. King Kaengs Curry is located in the brewery and rotates between unique Asian-inspired cuisines. The brewery has a fair amount of seating both indoors and outdoors.
Moonlight Pizza - A pizzeria and brewery combo, this is a great stop for the whole family while exploring downtown Salida. The food and service here is excellent and they have a nice selection of locally-brewed favorites. Lots of indoor and outdoor seatings, but it can get a bit busy around dinnertime.
