New is always exciting here in Salida and we are particularly excited about the opening of a new bar: The Office bar on 1st Street.
The name comes from this fun vintage sign that has hung on 1st Street for many years!
The interior design of this place is something totally unique for Salida! Super hip design features crispy white subway tiles contrasting with matte black details. Vintage velvet furniture contrasts pleasantly with exposed brick and natural wood tabletops.
The Office Bar was founded by the owners of Elevation Brewing - Mike and I's favorite local brewery! So of course they have an extensive tap list with local favorites and craft selections from around the state and country.
The bar also has a great cocktail menu! I'm on a health kick right now so I am particularly grateful for the fun non-alcoholic options!
The Office Bar also has a light food menu with a variety of hot dogs, pretzels, nuts and olives.
